Duties:
- Make customers happy.
- Understand customer needs and requirements; provide customers with appropriate solutions.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Conduct comprehensive product testing, including new and beta products. Develop and implement standardized testing procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Stay updated on the latest products and technological advances in the Audio-Visual industry, while actively suggesting product strategies to align with market trends.
- Provide multi-channel technical support for both residential and commercial Audio/Video and Computer clients, including troubleshooting products and systems.
- Perform effective online and in person demos to clients and other team members
- Work with the content team to create video demos for products/solutions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the product team regarding product improvements or new product requests.
- Develop instructional materials for new products and provide training and coaching to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the product features.
- Taking care of all PC Zendesk/Amazon/eBay tickets. Items in question include laptops, desktops, monitors, projectors, PC peripherals, and any non-JTD products.
- Responsible for technical support for PC customers including emails and telephone as well as customer relationship care pertaining to online or offline customer reviews and feedback.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnose individual and ecosystem issues by asking questions, listening to understand, identifying the customer's issue, conducting a diagnosis, and solving the problems according to customer complaint.
- Provide coaching, training, and telephone/on-site support to end-users.
- Keep customers informed of progress, changes, and solutions in a timely and effective manner.
- Document resolutions and lessons learned in the team logs for future reference, including suggestions for improvement.
- Knowing how to stress test PC system’s components, including CPU stress tests, RAM stress tests, and GPU stress tests and previous gaming PC building experience will be plus.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Requires strong skills and proficiency levels in troubleshooting, support, analysis, and resolution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Advanced listening and presentation skills.
- Proven aptitude for multitasking, time management, and prioritization.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp a product catalog featuring over 300 items.
- Holding a CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D certification is a definite advantage.
